I spent 20 years inside the commercial casting world — sitting across from thousands of actors, watching what worked and what didn't, and understanding exactly what the industry wants but rarely says out loud.
Today I'm on the other side of the camera, actively working as a commercial actor and teaching new actors the truth about this business. Not theory. Not inspiration. The actual map — how casting works, what agents need from you, where to put your energy and what to let go of completely.
I've been in the commercial industry for over 35 years — as an actor, a casting director, and crew. I know this world from every angle, and I'm going to tell you things most coaches won't. Because most coaches haven't actually lived it the way I have.
I will not waste your time telling you what you want to hear. What I will do is take the desperation out of it — because desperation kills more commercial careers than lack of talent ever will.
My approach isn't about grinding harder or hustling yourself into exhaustion. It's about coming at this with a clear head and actually having fun. Because that's what the camera sees anyway.
